For clients who require more comprehensive support, we offer a flat-rate strategic and tactical planning and implementation service. This includes:

• Establish a set fee for the project, not to exceed the estimated hours.
• Offering set hours of availability for half-day sessions that clients can book in advance.
• Clearly defining milestones and invoicing immediately after each milestone is reached if the project goes beyond the initial scope.
• Setting clear deliverables and time estimates for completion, ensuring transparency and accountability.
